Clarion Inn & Suites Aiken South, Aiken

I found the hotel to be comfortable with a charming Gazebo but the stale cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room was off-putting. The service was below par with rude behavior and lack of honesty. On the brighter side, the dining experience was enjoyable with hot and plentiful options.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not up to par with a leak under the toilet causing a wet floor during the night. Despite this, the service was friendly and helpful, making interactions pleasant. The location, although surrounded by trees providing a nice ambiance, fell short with issues like expensive dining and door lock problems. The dining experience, while decent, had limitations in food options.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the location was ideal for my needs, allowing me to bring my pets along and being close to a tennis event in Aiken SC, there were some notable drawbacks like billing issues and external walkways. The rooms, albeit needing some work, served their purpose despite the initial unpleasantness. The dining options were decent, especially with the inclusion of a make-your-own pancake machine. The service was a highlight, with the staff being very helpful and nice overall.
